One windy day, Norman and his mother get stranded out in the sea on a sailboat. Meanwhile, Station Officer Steele gets stuck on the Floods' roof, trying it retrieve his kite.

When Norman breaks his skateboard, he goes down a wishing well to look for pennies to buy a new one and ends up getting stuck. Meanwhile, Elvis struggles to complete a training session due to his fear of heights.

When Elvis breaks his leg dancing around the Fire Station, he starts to wonder if he's really cut out to be a fireman.

While playing hide and seek with Norman, Mandy finds a distress flare. Norman is eager to let it off, but Mandy fears it could be dangerous.

Fireman Sam is judging the Pontypandy Flower and Vegetable Show, but a hot compost heap causes a fire. Meanwhile, Elvis is put in charge of tending to Station Officer Steele's tomato plant.

Trevor gets his bus stuck after swerving off the road to avoid hitting a cat. Ignoring advice, Trevor leaves the bus and ends up getting stuck in a nearby bog.

Pontypandy turns up the heat with a barbeque cook-off between Trevor with his famous sausages and Tom with his special king prawns.

Mike Flood gets trapped in Bronwyn's basement with a burst water pipe. Meanwhile, Station Officer Steele takes on the role of a little old lady trapped inside a cupboard during a training exercise.

Fireman Sam has a day off but life in Pontypandy is never quiet and he is called to the rescue once again. A good fireman is never off duty!

Mandy and Norman head off to the beach with their buckets wondering what they might find. When Mandy wanders off, she comes across the catch of the day - a beached whale.

When Norman Price has his hands full looking after Woolly the sheep and her lamb Lambikins he decides he needs some help...

It's Halloween and desperate to win the spooking competition, Norman puts a cloth over a lit pumpkin to make it look like the Ghost of Pontypandy.

Penny is battling a nasty cold but refuses to let it get the better of her and insists on answering every call so that Sam can enjoy a day off.

The Pontypandy kids are playing pirates at the beach. The boy pirates steal the pirate treasure, otherwise known as their picnic, and take to the seas in the rowing boat. The boys take a nap and drift far from shore. The girls become concerned for the boys and raise the alarm. The boys are rescued and returned to safety with the help of Sam, Penny and Tom!

When Fireman Sam is called away on an emergency, Trevor takes over as leader of the children's Pontypandy Pioneers group and ends up in trouble.

Elvis is booked to sing on a local TV show and dreams of life outside the Fire Service as a singing superstar.

Norman's cousin Derek comes to stay and appears at first to be a gigantic goody-two shoes. Norman hatches a plan for revenge.

Station Officer Steele offers to help Charlie catching fish, claiming to know all there is to know about the ocean.

James' walkie talkie tunes in to the fire station's radio waves and transmits news of all the emergencies happening around Pontypandy.

Norman is eager to go out and play with his friends. But then he realises... It's Dilys' birthday! And Norman has completely forgotten.

Trevor is using "Sat Nav Sally" but the system leads them the wrong way and the bus gets stuck in the wet sand just as the tide starts to come in.

James and Norman get stuck in a tree and use a model plane to get a message to the Pontypandy fire station.

Norman and Dilys are practising for the Pontypandy three legged race. Dilys is not very good at it at all and Norman becomes very fed up.

The tide has covered Pontypandy and, against advice, Norman sets out into the flood to save Lambykins and Woolly.

There's an open day at the Pontypandy fire station. Norman and James climb on the roof to get a better view of the rooftop rescue demonstration, but end up needing a rooftop rescue themselves.

Sam, Elvis and Penny are called to an emergency on the cliff... a training exercise in preparation for Mike's big rocket launch that afternoon.
