After being chased by criminals, Detective Degenbach dies in a car accident. Anna Engelhardt knows Degenbach, since he was one of his instructors at police academy. She also knows Robert Meyer, Degenbach's superior at the LKA - she once had an affair with him. Meyer convinces her that Degenbach was a traitor who was killed by henchmen of drug lord Mario Krämer, but Semir and Ben do not believe him. Somebody else must in Meyer's team must be the traitor.
