Jenn's parents visit with an announcement, and Eddie tries to protect Jarone Taylor when a gang attacks him to dissuade Momma Taylor from testifying.

Eddie and Kevin try to bring the gangs together using a basketball game, but tension between them gets in the way; Cassie and Charles reach a turning point.

Charles and Cassie both struggle with the breakup, and when Jenn is stuck by a needle at work Eddie finally tells her what he thinks of her new job.

Eddie takes a personal interest after a funeral is hit with a Molotov cocktail near where he and Jenn are standing, but the results are not what he expects. Elsewhere, Sage begins making an obvious claim on Charles, and Cassie is conflicted over her feelings about that and what she feels for Luc.

Spencer makes his plans for revenge, and Cassie starts competing with Sage for Charles' attention at a talent show.
