1x1 – Episode 1

1x2 – Episode 2
Superman and Wonder Woman go up against Parasite as he merges with a mysterious lava alien that crash lands on Earth.

1x3 – Episode 3
Working with Green Arrow, Batman chases after the Djinn Uthool. When Uthool suddenly disappears, it turns out that Uthool has possessed Batman where he defeats Booster Gold, Wonder Woman, and Cyborg in his plot to have the Hall of Justice's core temperature break the Earth's mantle. Upon Uthool transforming Batman into a bat monster, Superman ends up fighting Uthool in order to get him out of Batman.

1x4 – Episode 4
Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman pursue the remaining Djinn Abnegazar, Rath, and Nyorlath where they plan to reopen Calythos' fissure. The drain Superman and Wonder Woman's powers upon saying their name. John Constantine arrives to help them as Green Arrow, Plastic Man, and Swamp Thing also arrive to fight the three Djinn. Afterwards, Black Adam breaks free from his Earthly imprisonment to fight the heroes as Batman arrives with Shazam as the Justice League fights Black Adam and the remaining Djinn.

Superman and Hawkman receive the help of an honorable space cab driver as they try to protect Mr. Mind from being captured by Lobo.

1x6 – Episode 6
Firestorm's family values. The heat is on when the Justice League elist the help of Firestorm. Taking a trip to where it all began, Firestorm encounters a not so all American family.

1x7 – Episode 7
Batman teams up with John Constantine, Zatanna, and Swamp Thing when Solomon Grundy tries to raise a zombie army.

1x8 – Episode 8
Wonder Woman and Superman have to rescue Joker from Mongul, while Batman and Flash try to stop the Clown Prince of Crime's massive laughing gas bomb hidden somewhere in Gotham.

1x9 – Episode 9
Batman and Blue Beetle are thrown back in time where they must stop Chronos from destroying Batman on his first night in Gotham where he faces off against Carmine Falcone and his men.

1x10 – Episode 10
After a brief team up with Batman and Big Barda in their battle against the Parademons, Superman is transported to a planet orbiting a red sun by Steppenwolf. This is part of Steppenwolf's plan to kill Superman and become a legend. Now with his powers slowly depleting, Superman must defeat Steppenwolf and get back to Earth. As this is happening, Batman and Big Barda head to Darkseid's fortress on Apokolips to learn where Superman has been transported.

1x11 – Episode 11
When the Justice League Watchtower is invaded by Toyman and his army of....toys, Cyborg, Wonder Woman, Superman, and Batman are turned into players in a twisted version of a fighting game, and now Cyborg will need all of his gaming skills to get out of this one.

1x12 – Episode 12
Superman has been infected by the "Repulse", who was revealed as Lex Luthor, and has now become the new Repulse. As Wonder Woman and Hawkman try to find a way to save him, Superman must remove those nanobots from his body by sending them into a black hole before he gets pulled into it as well.

1x13 – Episode 13
After defeating Harley Quinn, Batman and Zatanna encounter Brother Night who used his dark magic to control the Batmobile and kidnapping Zatanna. With the help of Etrigan the Demon, Batman must save her, stop the Batmobile, and defeat Brother Night.

1x14 – Episode 14
Felix Faust steals Zatanna's hat in order to free a massive demon and get his youth back. While Batman and Etrigan face off against the demon, Zatanna uses every trick in her arsenal to get her hat back from Felix Faust.

1x15 – Episode 15
Lex Luthor and Circe invade Themyscira, home of the Amazons, to obtain a staff that leads to the Fallen Realm and an artifact of the Greek Gods. With help from Superman and Batman, Wonder Woman must find a way to stop those villains before it's too late.

1x16 – Episode 16
Lobo stole the rings from the Red Lanterns and pits Atrocitus, Zilius Zox and the rest of the Red Lanterns against Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman in order to get a score. After Lobo unlocked the Spider Gauntlet's power, the Justice League and the Red Lanterns must team up to defeat him.

Mr. Freeze flies on his aircraft to freeze the entire Gotham City using Killer Frost as his power source. While Batman deals with Mr. Freeze, Firestorm will have to save Killer Frost and develops a crush on her at the same time.

1x18 – Episode 18
Cain the Caretaker tells the audience a Halloween story about the House of Mystery, where Batman, Zatanna, Constantine and Doctor Fate are turned into 10-year-olds by Klarion the Witch Boy. Now, the 10-year-old Justice Leaguers must find a way to defeat Klarion, turn themselves back to normal, and escape the House of Mystery before it disappears by midnight.

While Superman, Batman, Cyborg, and Vixen try to stop Brainiac, Plastic Man sneaks into Brainiac's spaceship to destroy the shrink ray and save the world in order to prove that he is a worthy superhero.

1x20 – Episode 20
The Atom shrinks Superman down to microscopic size so that he can enter the Bottled City of Kandor but when Brainiac breaks into the Fortress of Solitude, defeats Cyborg, and reclaims the bottle, Atom must try to stop Brainiac on his own.

1x21 – Episode 21
As Superman gives Blue Beetle, Firestorm, and Stargirl a tour of the Fortress of Solitude, they run afoul with General Zod, Faora, and an unidentified Kryptonian villain who are accidentally freed from the Phantom Zone. Now with Superman trapped inside, the three teen heroes must work together to stop the Kryptonian villains.

Batman has Plastic Man disguise himself as Two-Face in order to set a trap for Deadshot. Unfortunately things get complicated when the real Two-Face escapes custody.

In a "Fantastic Voyage" like adventure, Atom shrinks Batman and Wonder Woman so they can enter Superman's bloodstream and destroy a lethal nanite virus.

1x24 – Episode 24
The JLA find themselves in danger of losing Wonder Woman when the goddess Athena comes to Earth with an offer Diana can't refuse, filling the position of the Goddess of Truth on Mt. Olympus.

Poison Ivy takes control of Swamp Thing using his vegetative powers to overwhelm Gotham with dangerous plants.

In a strange turn of events, the JLA enlist the help of Space Cabbie and Jonah Hex to stop the hijacking of an intergalactic space train.

Batman teams up with Booster Gold when an alien creature starts literally eating up time.

Space Cabbie in advertently learns about a great threat to the Justice League when one of his passengers turns out to be Darkseid.

While the Justice League attempts to protect the United Nations from Grodd's gorilla army, Mr. Mxyptlk pops up from the fifth dimension and thinks it would be great fun to put each of the Super Heroes' brains into another hero's body.

Stargirl has to enlist Constantine's help when Klarion the Witch Boy takes the place of the boy she's supposed to be babysitting.

Green Arrow becomes involved with Booster Gold when he discovers that the self-centered Super Hero has brought dinosaurs back from the past for a moneymaking venture.

When the diabolical Amazo attacks the League and begins stealing their powers one-by-one, the klutzy, backwards-thinking Bizarro becomes our heroes' last hope to turn things around.

Joker frees Luthor with a mother box and forces him to spend the day together, hopping all over the world, with the Justice League hot on their trail, trying to catch up.

When Firestorm's alter-ego, Dr. Martin Stein tells Ronnie, that Dr. Stein and Mr. Terrific were room mates in college, old rivalries resurface with Dr Stein insisting his "Smart Cubes" were superior to Mr. Terrifc's "T-Spheres". But when super-villain, the "Calculator" attacks, it's takes both technologies and both heroes,to bring him to justice.
