6x1 – Another List
Larry is reluctant to give in to network suggestions on how to improve the show. Hank meets a fan that looks like him.

6x2 – The Beginning of the End
The network executive assigned to retool the show has gone too far with his changes, and Larry's agent betrays him. Upset with all that is going on, Larry announces to his audience that he will be leaving the show when his contract expires.

6x3 – As My Career Lay Dying
With the show winding down, everyone begins trying to secure future jobs. Hank is the most worried about his future, especially after auditioning for a job as a game show host and appearing on Caroline In The City.

6x4 – Pilots and Pens Lost
Phil decides to leave the show early when the network takes interest in his pilot. Larry buys Arthur a special gift, and Arthur loses it.

6x5 – The Interview
Larry embarrasses himself during an interview and enlists Arthur to help him get it edited. Mary Lou hits Hank's car and ends up on a date with him when she has trouble telling him about it. Hank gets in trouble when he blames Vince Vaughn.

6x6 – Adolf Hankler
The network is furious after guest host, Jon Stewart, writes a sketch starring Hank, as Hitler, and invites The Wu Tang Clan to perform on the show. Larry's brother comes to visit.

6x7 – Beverly's Secret
Beverly is pregnant, and it turns out that one of the guests on the show is the father. While Larry and the staff try to figure out who it is, Hank spends a week in Wisconsin with a married couple for a new segment.

6x8 – I Buried Sid
Hank blames himself for the recent suicide of Larry's cue card man, Sid, because of some hurtful things he said after a rehearsal. Larry tries to keep his relationship with guest, Laura Dern, a secret from the staff and his audience.

6x9 – Just the Perfect Blendship
Friendships are tested when Larry wants to date Jeff Goldblum's ex, Gina Gershon, and Mary Lou agrees to book Wendy on the show. Hank falls for the female doctor that gives him his first colonoscopy.

6x10 – Putting the 'Gay' Back in Litigation
Brian sues the show for sexual harassment when he can no longer take Phil's gay jokes. Larry worries that his girlfriend, Illeana Douglas, won't be a good enough guest for him to get serious about.

Larry, Hank, Arthur and the staff prepare for, and put on, Larry's last show.
